Why Wellness Coach Peggy?
I am a Registered Nurse, a Doctor of Natural Health and a Duke trained Certified Professional Integrative Health Coach. I specialize in stress management, heart health and healthy lifestyles. My passion is helping clients establish workable lifestyle changes to have a more productive, healthy and satisfying life.
All my life, I have seen people I care about struggle with disease, die prematurely or live a less than optimal life because they didn’t know how to make changes necessary for total health. They didn’t have direction, motivation and accountability. I discovered this missing link to be the bridge from the medical advice to the result. This holistic approach of health coaching creates long lasting better health in body, mind and spirit. I love to partner with clients to keep them accountable to reaching their goals in all areas of life. This balanced approach will create a lifetime of wellness in mind, body and spirit.
