Professional Women’s Wellness focuses on strategies for taking are of you while you take care of others. 

I have attached our Wheel of Health as an example of the categories we will touch on. When we think of the word “health” we often think of just the physical well-being. With holistic thinking in mind, we explore the other factors that affect our health such as nutrition, activity, stress, environment, supplements, etc. We keep the client’s vision of their whole life and health in focus as we look at lifestyle and behavior changes.
